Every Sunday, you will receive six days of brand new workouts, written by us:
one gym and one home focused workout, for a total of 12 each week.
Gym workouts utilize standard gym equipment –
2 leg, 2 upper body push, and 2 upper body pull days.
Home workouts are built around limited access to equipment but recommended to have access to bands and/or dumbbells –
2 lower body, 2 upper body and 2 full body days.
Workouts vary between traditional strength, high intensity training, circuits and low intensity steady state cardio.
Purchase includes full access to the Trainerize App where you will find your weekly workouts, track your progress, group chat with us & other members, and ability to sync apps/devices such as Apple Watch, MyFitnessPal and Spotify.
